I ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority depending on package weight. I combine shipping on items purchased at the same time.

• Orders up to 16 oz. will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. (delivery time 2 – 5 business days)
• Orders over 16 oz. will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and includes tracking. (delivery time 2 - 3 business days)

• Orders up to 4 lbs. will be sent via USPS First Class International Mail. (Delivery time varies according to destination.)
• Orders over 4 lbs. will be sent USPS Priority Mail International and includes tracking. (delivery time 6 - 10 business days)
• For international shipments, items being held in customs may cause extended delays.

• Sorry but the Postal Service does not deliver to all countries. International customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping and purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Most country's Customs agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency. I will not accept returns due to customs or duty issues.

• Please note that I will ship to the address shown by Paypal. If items are returned to me due to an inaccurate mailing address listed on PayPal it will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay for additional shipping costs to re-package/re-ship the purchase. If the item is a gift or you would like it shipped to a different address please provide all info in notes to seller. Orders may be delayed if I need to confirm the correct address before shipping.

• All of my items are ready to ship and I will ship your item(s) as soon as possible after payment is made in full and confirmed. You will be notified via email when I ship the package and get the tracking number. I cannot guarantee the arrival date of any shipment. The delivery times listed above have been taken from the USPS website. For international shipments, items being held in customs may cause extended delays. Expedited shipping is available – please inquire about the cost if you are interested.

• Occasionally item(s) are lost, delayed or damaged during shipping. These situations are beyond my control, however I always keep a copy of proof of shipping in case of disputes. In the event that an item is damaged I will request photos of the damage. Please contact me if you have any concerns so we can resolve them.
